Why may the parcel not be tracked?

  • Less than 3 days have passed since the order. Perhaps the courier service has not yet sent your parcel.
  • You entered the order number instead of the tracking number. Visually, these numbers may be similar, but they should not be confused.
  • Incorrect tracking number. Check the track code for correctness, perhaps you missed a number or letter, or mixed up the Latin and Cyrillic alphabet. It is better to copy the track code from the courier service website rather than write it yourself.
  • The postal company website may not be working right now.
