Numbers we accept
Dawn Wing waybill from the label, receipt, SMS or email notification.
Actual wording may differ slightly, but you’ll typically see:
Label created / Shipment registered — data received; parcel may not be physically in the network yet.
Collected / Picked up — courier has your parcel.
In transit / Line-haul — moving between facilities.
At hub / Sort facility — scanned at a Dawn Wing or partner depot.
Parcel has left Dawn Wing — departed the depot for the next leg.
Out for delivery — with a driver today.
Attempted delivery — receiver unavailable or address issue.
Delivered / POD received — delivered; proof of delivery (name/signature) is captured.
Customs clearance (for imports) — a clearing instruction or documents may be required.

On the shipping label, receipt, or the SMS/email you received from the courier or sender.
