User Agreement

1. Introduction

 

This Agreement establishes the terms of use of the Track.Global parcel tracking website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") between its administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") and the individuals (hereinafter referred to as the "Users") using its services.

 

2. Changes to the Agreement

 

2.1. The Administration reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice to Users.

2.2. Continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes User's acceptance of these changes.

 

3. Acceptance of the Agreement

 

3.1. The User is considered to have accepted the terms of the Agreement in full, without any reservations or exceptions, from the moment they start using the Site.

3.2. If the User disagrees with any provisions of the Agreement, they must immediately stop using the Site.

 

4. Subject of the Agreement

 

4.1. Track.Global provides the User access to postal tracking tools, information about parcel locations, as well as functionality for exchanging messages and comments on the Site.

4.2. The Site also offers the opportunity to rate and review various content related to logistics and delivery services.

 

5. Liability

 

5.1. The Administration is not responsible for direct or indirect damages incurred by the User in connection with the use or inability to use the Site and its services.

5.2. The Administration does not guarantee the constant availability of the Site and its services, nor the accuracy and relevance of the information posted on the Site.

5.3. The Administration is not responsible for illegal actions of Users, use of the Site for unlawful purposes, or for any damage caused to third parties as a result of Users' actions on the Site.

 

6. Use of the Site

 

6.1. The User agrees to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe on the rights and interests of third parties.

6.2. The User agrees not to undertake actions that could lead to a disruption of the normal functioning of the Site.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

7.1. All objects available on the Site, including design elements, text, graphic images, are objects of intellectual property rights, the exclusive rights to which belong to Track.Global or other right holders.

 

8. Confidentiality

 

8.1. The Administration commits to not disclosing personal data of Users obtained during the use of the Site and to use it strictly within the functionality of the Site.

 

9. Applicable Law

 

9.1. This Agreement is subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country of registration of Track.Global.
