HR Parcel

HR Parcel tracking works by the shipment number of a parcel sent with HR Parcel, a private courier in Italy. HR Parcel S.r.l. is the courier of the Sailpost Group and handles last-mile deliveries for business and consumer customers across the country, both to the door and to pickup points and lockers. It also offers warehousing and fulfilment for online shops.

To check a parcel, enter the shipment number in the field at the top of this page. Tracking on Track.Global is free and needs no registration, and it shows the latest status and the events available for the parcel.

How to track an HR Parcel shipment

  1. Find the shipment number in the shipping confirmation from the shop or sender. If you do not have it, HR Parcel asks recipients to request it from the sender or the seller.
  2. Enter the number in the tracking field at the top of this page, without spaces.
  3. Review the latest status and the events: collection, transit between hubs, delivery attempts and delivery.

HR Parcel tracking number

HR Parcel identifies each parcel by its shipment number, which is also the barcode number of the parcel; senders can look up their shipments by their own reference as well. Copy the number exactly as given: a missing or extra character returns no result.

Tracking numbers that start with HRBC are not HR Parcel numbers: see the first question below.

HR Parcel tracking statuses

A parcel delivered by HR Parcel usually shows these stages:

Status What it means
Shipment registered The sender has created the shipment; the parcel has not been collected yet.
Picked up HR Parcel has collected the parcel from the sender.
In transit The parcel is moving between HR Parcel hubs and depots.
Out for delivery The parcel is with the courier for delivery.
Delivered The parcel was handed to the recipient or left at the chosen pickup point or locker.
Delivery attempt failed Nobody was available; HR Parcel reschedules the delivery, with up to two attempts in total.
In storage (giacenza) The parcel is held at a depot or pickup point until it is collected or a new delivery is arranged.
Returning to sender The parcel is on its way back to the sender, and HR Parcel cannot stop it.

How long does HR Parcel delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the distance between the sender and the recipient, the service the sender booked and the number of hubs on the route. Senders can also book express delivery, which HR Parcel offers in most Italian cities.

Some postcodes are classed as hard-to-reach areas, where delivery can take longer, and every failed attempt delays delivery. The delivery address can only be changed before the parcel is out for delivery, and generally only to an address in the same province.

HR Parcel tracking not updating: what to do

  • Check the number, or ask the sender to confirm it.
  • If the parcel was out for delivery but not delivered, wait for the next event: a second attempt may follow, or the parcel may be put in storage.
  • If the tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, contact the sender or the shop where you ordered, as HR Parcel advises.
  • If the parcel is returning to the sender, ask the sender to ship it again once it arrives back.
  • For other questions, contact HR Parcel through the official website linked at the top of this page, or ask the sender.

Frequently asked questions

Is HRBC the same as HR Parcel?

No. HR Parcel delivers within Italy. Tracking numbers that start with HRBC are reported on parcels shipped from China through marketplaces such as AliExpress and are issued by a Chinese cross-border carrier. For such a parcel, check the carrier named in the order details and ask the seller for the number used by the delivery company in your country.

Is HRP the same as HR Parcel?

Yes. HRP is the short form HR Parcel uses for itself, for example in its contract documents.

Does HR Parcel deliver to lockers and pickup points?

Yes. Besides home delivery, HR Parcel delivers to pickup points (PUDO) and lockers, and parcels can also be collected from its depots.
