M-ONE is an e-commerce–focused courier service within the Milšped logistics group, created to serve online shops and marketplaces in the Western Balkans. It handles fulfillment, cross-border transport and last-mile delivery for parcels coming from popular platforms and regional merchants.

The company operates in several countries across the region, including Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Albania, providing order creation, pricing tools and parcel tracking to both businesses and end customers.

Each shipment is assigned a unique M-ONE tracking or order number. Every time the parcel is scanned – at pickup, in sorting hubs, during international transit or on the delivery run – a new event is added to the tracking history. Where to find your M-ONE tracking number

Your M-ONE tracking or order ID is usually issued by the shop or marketplace as soon as the shipment is registered with the courier. Look for it in:

    The seller has created an order in the M-ONE system (you might see something like “order created for pickup” in Serbian). The parcel may still be at the warehouse waiting for collection.

  • At sorting centre / In local transit
    The parcel is moving through M-ONE hubs or partner facilities. Statuses may reference “sorting centre” or “in transit – local”.

  • On the line haul / In international transit
    The shipment is travelling between cities or countries – often by truck or air – before arriving in the destination region.

  • Preparing for delivery / At local depot
    The parcel has reached the final delivery area and is being sorted onto a courier route. Delivery is usually close.

  • On delivery vehicle / Out for delivery
    A courier has loaded your parcel and is on the way to your address. Make sure someone can receive it and the phone number is reachable.

  • Delivered
    The parcel is marked as successfully delivered. Sometimes local-language notes are added (for example, that the item was handed to a family member or reception). 

  • Exception / Address issue / Return to sender
    Something prevented delivery: incorrect address, recipient not at home, refusal, customs or damage. Check the detailed message on Track.Global and follow the instructions from the carrier or store.

Troubleshooting common M-ONE tracking issues

“Tracking number not found”

If you receive a “not found” or “no events yet” message:

  • Confirm you entered the full M-ONE tracking or order number exactly as shown (watch for O/0 and l/1 mix-ups).

  • Check whether the parcel was just created – sometimes the first scan appears a few hours after the seller creates the order.

  • Try the same number on the merchant’s tracking page or, if provided, on the official M-ONE “Track your order” page to confirm the ID.

  • If nothing appears after 24–48 hours on any site, contact the store’s customer service to verify that the shipment was actually handed over to M-ONE.

Status stuck for several days

Parcels can sometimes sit in a sorting centre or customs for a while, especially during peak seasons:

  • Check if the status is related to customs, holidays or weather – these often cause short delays.

  • For cross-border shipments, remember there may be a lag between events from the origin and destination carriers; Track.Global merges them as soon as they are published.
