Belarus Post

Belarus is home to Belarus, the largest national postal service, Belarus Post, or BelPochta for short, whose services are used not only by Belarusians but also by residents of other countries. On the website of the Belarusian operator or on the portal track.global users can track BelPochta parcels.

Track BelPochta parcel by tracking number

The state postal operator in Belarus is BelPochta. The Belarusian postal organisation provides a wide range of services both inside and outside the country. BelPochta services are used not only by ordinary citizens, but also by representatives of various organisations. Thanks to the Belarusian Post you can send any correspondence, be it letters, parcels, postcards. BelPochta can impose a ban on a postal item if the contents are not to be forwarded or are prohibited for sending (weapons, drugs, poisonous substances).

How to use the service

Both domestic and international shipments can be easily tracked on track.global. To track the whereabouts of your mail, you need to do the following:

  1. Go to the tracking service track.global.
  2. At the top of the screen, enter the tracking code in the search box.
  3. Wait for the information to be processed and see the details of the shipment, including its location and status.

What is a track code

Many users are concerned about where to get a tracking number for a parcel. The postal identifier is assigned at the moment when the correspondence is registered by the operator. The tracking number can be seen on the cheque that the sender receives after paying postage. If you cannot find the identifier yourself, you can ask the operator for the code.

Advantages of the service

The track.global portal is indispensable when you need to quickly check where the sent correspondence is now. Tracker has other advantages:

      • the service is easy to use, as it has a simple, clear navigation;
      • for tracking you do not need to fill out a special form, specify your personal and passport data, you only need to know the tracking number;
      • processing a request in the system takes only a few seconds;
      • the recipient can make sure at any time that the parcel is properly sent and the sender is not a scammer;
      • registered users can add multiple tracks for simultaneous automatic tracking, as well as set up notifications of order delivery status changes to email.

Format of BelPochta tracking numbers

With the help of BelPochta you can send any goods that are not prohibited for forwarding. Before registration and dispatch, the operator clarifies some questions from the addressee: what the correspondence will be packed in (bag, box, paper envelope), what method of delivery will be used (ordinary, first class or express delivery).

Depending on the type of mail, the operator will ask the addressee what type of mail will be packed (bag, box, paper envelope).

Depending on the type of item and delivery method, tracking numbers vary. This information can be useful for both senders and receivers.

Important: A postal identifier consists of thirteen characters, nine of which are numbers and four of which are Latin letters. The last characters in the identifier are BY, which means that the parcel is sent from Belarus.

The initial letters of the code depend on the type of dispatch and method of forwarding. Below are the designations and decoding of the letter symbols:

  • Rx - the shipment is packed in a small bag;
  • Cx denotes a regular parcel;
  • Ex stands for EMS dispatch (express delivery);
  • V - mail sent with declared value;
  • Ax indicates domestic items, i.e. within Belarus.

When tracking letters and parcels, this numeric-letter format is convenient because it allows you to understand how the goods were packed and sent.

BelPochta: search for parcels from China and other countries to Belarus

Belarusians can order goods from other countries using the services of BelPochta. To date, Belarusian Post co-operates with many countries: Russia, Poland, Czech Republic, Ukraine, China and others. Chinese online shops Aliexpress, Pandao and Joom are particularly popular.

Track.global can track international parcels from any transport company, including Russian Post, SDEK and DPD. Mail verification is possible if the tracking number is known. Those who make orders in foreign online shops can see the track number in the "orders" section. The main thing is not to confuse the order number with the postal ID. Both numbers have many characters. But the order number usually consists only of numbers. The tracking identifier includes not only numeric, but also alphabetic designations. If there are doubts about the code, you can write to the seller or the sender for clarification.

Track a registered letter from Belarus Post

A registered letter is more valuable than a regular letter. It is important for the sender of a registered letter that it arrives safe and sound. You should be prepared to pay an additional fee when sending registered mail. The location and status of a registered letter can be tracked using the track code on the receipt, which is a cheque received after the postage has been paid. The track number consists of fourteen symbols and looks like this: Rx123456785BY.

You will not be able to track registered mail by phone number, surname or address of the recipient/sender. Only a unique identifier is required for tracking.

Thus, RUP will not be able to trace the mail.

Thus, BelPochta RUP is a postal service in Belarus, characterised by special quality and reliability. BelPochta controls all sent correspondence, which reduces the risk of loss or theft of parcels. You can track the location of your correspondence both on BelPochta's official website and in the track.global service. To do this, enter the postal identifier in the search box and wait for the request to be processed.

On the track.global website users can track national and international mail items of BelPochta. Anyone can track a parcel by knowing the unique tracking number or barcode. The search results will show not only where the parcel is, but also the delivery status.

If for some reason the addressee cannot pick up the parcel in the nearest future, it is sent for storage. In this case, free storage lasts only a week. A fee will be charged for each day after that.
