Belarus Post
Belarus is home to Belarus Post, the largest national postal service in the world. Belarus Post, or BelPochta for short, is used not only by Belarusians but also by residents of other countries. You can track BelPochta parcels on the website of the Belarusian operator or on the portal track.global.
Track your BelPochta parcel using the tracking number provided
BelPochta is the state postal operator in Belarus. The Belarusian postal organisation provides a wide range of services, both inside and outside the country. BelPochta services are used by both ordinary citizens and representatives of various organisations. The Belarusian Post allows you to send any correspondence, whether letters, parcels or postcards. BelPochta reserves the right to prohibit the forwarding of any postal item that contains items that are not to be forwarded or that are prohibited for sending (weapons, drugs, poisonous substances).
This is how you use the service
Track.global makes it simple to track both domestic and international shipments. To track the whereabouts of your mail, you must do the following:
- Go to the tracking service track.global.
- At the top of the screen, enter the tracking code in the search box.
- Wait for the information to be processed and see the details of the shipment, including its location and status.
I'd like to know what a track code is
Many users need to know where they can get a tracking number for a parcel. The postal identifier is assigned when the correspondence is registered by the operator. You will find the tracking number on the receipt that the sender receives after paying the postage. If you cannot find the identifier yourself, ask the operator for the code.
The service offers a number of clear advantages
The track.global portal is the best way to check the status of your sent correspondence. Tracker has other advantages:
- the service is easy to use, as it has a simple, clear navigation;
- for tracking you do not need to fill out a special form, specify your personal and passport data, you only need to know the tracking number;
- processing a request in the system takes only a few seconds;
- the recipient can make sure at any time that the parcel is properly sent and the sender is not a scammer;
- registered users can add multiple tracks for simultaneous automatic tracking, as well as set up notifications of order delivery status changes to email.
BelPochta tracking numbers are formatted as follows
BelPochta can send any goods that are not prohibited for forwarding. Before registration and dispatch, the operator will clarify a few things with the addressee. These include what the correspondence will be packed in (bag, box, paper envelope) and what method of delivery will be used (ordinary, first class or express).
The operator will ask the addressee what type of mail they want packed (bag, box, paper envelope) depending on the type of mail.
The tracking number you need depends on the type of item and delivery method. This information is useful for both senders and receivers.
It is important to note that a postal identifier consists of thirteen characters, nine of which are numbers and four of which are Latin letters. The last characters in the identifier are BY, which definitively indicate that the parcel is sent from Belarus.
The initial letters of the code depend on the type of dispatch and method of forwarding. The following is a definitive guide to the designations and decoding of the letter symbols:
- Rx - the shipment is packed in a small bag;
- Cx denotes a regular parcel;
- Ex stands for EMS dispatch (express delivery);
- V - mail sent with declared value;
- Ax indicates domestic items, i.e. within Belarus.
The numeric-letter format is the best way to track letters and parcels. It allows you to understand how the goods were packed and sent.
BelPochta is the best way to search for parcels from China and other countries to Belarus
Belarusians can order goods from other countries using the services of BelPochta. To date, Belarusian Post co-operates with many countries: Russia, Poland, Czech Republic, Ukraine, China and others. Chinese online shops Aliexpress, Pandao and Joom are particularly popular.
Track.global can track international parcels from any transport company, including Russian Post, SDEK and DPD. You can verify your mail by using the tracking number. If you make an order from a foreign online shop, you will find the tracking number in the "Orders" section. It is crucial to distinguish between the order number and the postal ID. Both numbers are long and contain many characters. The order number is usually made up of only numbers. The tracking identifier includes both numeric and alphabetic designations. If you have any doubts about the code, you can contact the seller or sender directly for clarification.
Track a registered letter from Belarus Post
A registered letter is indisputably more valuable than a regular letter. It is crucial for the sender of a registered letter to ensure its safe and secure delivery. You will be charged an additional fee for sending registered mail. You can track the location and status of a registered letter using the track code on the receipt, which is a cheque received after the postage has been paid. The track number is made up of fourteen symbols and looks like this: The track code is Rx123456785BY.
You cannot track registered mail by phone number, surname or the address of the recipient/sender. You only need a unique identifier to track it.
RUP will not be able to trace the mail.
BelPochta RUP is a postal service in Belarus that offers unparalleled quality and reliability. BelPochta controls all sent correspondence, so you can be sure that your parcels are safe. You can track the location of your correspondence on BelPochta's official website and in the track.global service. Enter the postal identifier in the search box and wait for the request to be processed.
The track.global website allows users to track BelPochta's national and international mail items. You can track a parcel by knowing the unique tracking number or barcode. You will see not only where the parcel is, but also the delivery status.
If the addressee is unable to collect the parcel in the near future, it will be sent to storage. Free storage is only available for one week. A fee will be charged for each day after that.
