How to track a EuroPost parcel (Belarus) by parcel number?

All EuroPochta customers can use our parcel tracking service - in a couple of seconds track.global will collect the latest data and generate a report on the parcel's movement.

Regular customers have appreciated our service and highlighted the following advantages:

  1. Free use. We do not charge for our services. All information is free of charge to the user. The only thing you need is internet access and a personal computer/tablet/smartphone.
  2. Work without registration. Once you visit track.global, you can use it immediately. On similar platforms may require registration, our service works without authorisation.
  3. Intuitive interface. The site is simple and easy to use - even an inexperienced user will not have difficulties with the search. All tasks are solved as quickly as possible.
  4. Round-the-clock service. We work 24 hours a day without weekends and breaks. Anyone can enter the site as early in the morning, and deep at night.
  5. Tracking of parcels anywhere. The system determines the location of the parcel anywhere in the world, whether it is Finland, Ukraine or China.
  6. Accurate and well-coordinated work. We track the movement of the parcel quickly and clearly even in the case of participation in the transport of several transport companies. We will show the location of the parcel, wherever it was - in the post office, warehouse, sorting centre.

To find out where the parcel is, the number on the postal bill or cheque will help. This unique combination may consist of alphanumeric characters or only numbers. Only this identifier will help to know the status of the parcel. It is not possible to do this either by name or phone number.

Track your purchases from all marketplaces in our service, including AliExpress, Amazon, Shein. Transport companies such as DHL, DPD, Bpost provide daily shipping reports, the information from which we use to compile a trip report.

Tracking EuroPost parcels in Belarus and Russia is done according to the following instructions:

  1. Go to track.global.
  2. Find the tracking search bar where you enter the barcode of the shipment.
  3. Click on the "Find" button.

After a couple of seconds, the order details will appear on the screen. Not only the status of the parcel will be displayed, but also all previous destinations.

EuroPost's geography

EvroPochta postal service operates in Minsk and all of Belarus. It also delivers parcels from Moscow to Belarus. The offices are located in settlements with a population of over 2000 people. There are more than 230 of them throughout the country. The network is actively developing in Russia, so delivery from Moscow to Minsk is possible in a fairly short time: only 1-2 days.

Services are provided for both individuals and legal entities. The post office allows you to choose a certain delivery time and day for delivery of the parcel, as well as to change the address of the recipient.

Types of delivery

Delivery comes in two types, namely:

  1. To the post office. The recipient comes to the EuroPost office with the documents and collects the consignment himself/herself.
  2. To a specific place by courier. The postal employee brings the parcel to the door at the specified address.

The parcel can arrive at the place even in half an hour, if express delivery in Minsk is ordered. For farther distances it takes 1-2 working days. Normal delivery within Belarus takes from 2 to 5 days.

It should be remembered that the shipment is delivered only on working days.

The person specified in the item "sender" will be able to receive the shipment. Also an authorised person who has all the necessary documents in hand. A passport or other identification document (driving licence, passport, pension card, military ID, etc.) is required.

What to do if a parcel is lost?

You should periodically check the status of your parcel. If after entering the track code the current information is not displayed, i.e. it is not updated for a long time or is not available at all, it means that the parcel is lost somewhere. It makes sense to start searching for the item.

To do this, you should submit an application on the official Europost website. It must be accompanied by a copy of the cheque (the original is given at the time of sending the parcel). To confirm your identity, you will also need to make a screenshot of the document.

A EuroPost customer can submit such an application within 3-4 months after the date of parcel dispatch. It can be done by the sender, the recipient or even a proxy (if there is a notarised power of attorney).

The search result will be known afterwards.

The result of the search will be known after 5-30 days. The answer will come to your e-mail address or by registered letter to your place of residence. In case of unsuccessful search for the parcel, you can insist on compensation.
