I want to track a EuroPost parcel from Belarus using the parcel number
All EuroPochta customers can use our parcel tracking service. In a couple of seconds, track.global will collect the latest data and generate a report on the parcel's movement.
Our service is appreciated by regular customers who have highlighted the following advantages:
- Use it free of charge. Our services are free of charge. All information is free of charge. All you need is internet access and a personal computer, tablet or smartphone.
- You can work without registering. You can use track.global right away. Unlike other platforms, we don't require registration. Our service works without authorisation.
- The interface is intuitive. The site is simple and easy to use. Even an inexperienced user will find the search straightforward. We resolve all tasks as quickly as possible.
- We are available 24/7. We work 24/7, including weekends and holidays. The site is accessible 24/7, so you can enter it as early in the morning as you like or as late at night as you need to.
- You can track your parcels anywhere. The system pinpoints the location of the parcel anywhere in the world, whether it is Finland, Ukraine or China.
- Our work is accurate and well-coordinated. We track the movement of the parcel quickly and clearly, even if it is being transported by several companies. We will show you the location of the parcel, wherever it is – in the post office, warehouse or sorting centre.
You can find out where your parcel is by looking at the number on your postal bill or cheque. This unique combination can be alphanumeric or just numbers. This identifier is the only way to find out the status of the parcel. You cannot do this by name or phone number.
Track your purchases from all marketplaces in our service, including AliExpress, Amazon and Shein. We use the shipping reports provided by transport companies such as DHL, DPD and Bpost to compile a trip report on a daily basis.
You can track EuroPost parcels in Belarus and Russia using the following instructions:
- Go to track.global.
- Find the tracking search bar where you enter the barcode of the shipment.
- Click on the "Find" button.
After a couple of seconds, the order details will appear on the screen. Not only the status of the parcel will be displayed, but also all previous destinations.
EuroPost's geography
EuroPost is the postal service operating in Minsk and all of Belarus. It also delivers parcels from Moscow to Belarus. The offices are located in settlements with a population of over 2,000 people. There are more than 230 of them throughout the country. The network is rapidly expanding in Russia, ensuring a swift delivery from Moscow to Minsk in just 1-2 days.
We provide services for both individuals and legal entities. You can choose a delivery time and day, and change the recipient's address, with the post office.
There are two types of delivery:
To the post office. The recipient goes to the EuroPost office with the documents and picks up the consignment themselves.
- To a specific place by courier. The postal employee will deliver the parcel to the door at the specified address.
- If you order express delivery in Minsk, your parcel will arrive in half an hour. For longer distances, you can expect delivery in 1-2 working days. A normal delivery within Belarus takes between two and five days.
Please note that the shipment will only be delivered on working days.
The person specified in the "sender" section will be able to receive the shipment. Furthermore, an authorised person with all the necessary documents will be present. You will need to present a passport or other form of identification (driving licence, passport, pension card, military ID, etc.).
If a parcel is lost, what should you do?
You must check the status of your parcel regularly. If the track code does not show the current information, it means the parcel is lost. You should start searching for the item.
Submit an application on the official Europost website to do this. It must be accompanied by a copy of the cheque (the original is provided at the time of sending the parcel). You must also provide a screenshot of the document to confirm your identity.
A EuroPost customer can submit such an application within 3-4 months of the date of parcel dispatch. The sender, recipient or a proxy (if there is a notarised power of attorney) can submit the application.
You will be informed of the search result afterwards.
The result of the search will be known after 5-30 days. You will receive the answer by email or by registered letter to your place of residence. If the parcel cannot be found, you can demand compensation.
