You can track your parcel once it has been sent via SberLogistics using the track.global service, both in Russia and abroad. Sberbank is successfully promoting services in non-core industries. After joining the international logistics company Shiptor in 2019, we were able to set up a postal delivery service with an extensive network of pick-up points.

The service finds a postal item for free and without registration. The recipient must know the exact track number of the order. You'll have the parcel location in a couple of seconds. SberCourier provides clear information on the status of your shipment, from the time it is waiting to be prepared, to when it is delivered to the courier, and finally to the recipient.

Sberbank's service is available to residents of the capital and large cities. Service Track.global tracks the entire path from the point of receipt to the recipient. Once you enter the identifier, the service will prepare a report on the shipment's journey. You will also know exactly where the cargo is at any given minute and when it will be delivered.
If you experience difficulties with tracking, it is likely due to an incorrectly entered number. Be sure to enter the tracking number without spaces or dashes. If this doesn't work, contact the supplier. You've probably been given the wrong number. The recipient must contact the sender to verify the track.

If a parcel is lost, take the following steps: You must report the delay three to five days before the transaction is finalized. This is necessary to open a dispute or extend the delivery time.
There is no response after several days of delay.
If you don't get a result after several disputes, it means the parcel has been lost. The buyer demands a refund, stating the amount paid. After investigating the complaint, the seller refunds the money in full, protecting the reputation of the shop.
In the event of a lost parcel, the buyer must report the loss.
If the parcel was lost by SberLogistics employees, the transport company is responsible for compensating you for the damage. Contact a representative at the nearest department or a manager by phone to clarify further actions.
