For SpeedX tracking, enter the SPX tracking number in the field at the top of this page to see the latest status and the events the carrier makes available. SpeedX is a US last-mile delivery company: it brings online orders from shippers' warehouses and sorting centers to customers' doors.
SpeedX works for online marketplaces, fulfilment companies and retailers. Some SHEIN and Temu orders, for example, are delivered by SpeedX.
Every SpeedX tracking number begins with SPX. You get it from the retailer you ordered from; if you do not have it, ask the retailer. If your SHEIN or Temu order is delivered by SpeedX, the SPX number is in the order details or the shipping e-mail.
If the number does not work, ask the merchant to confirm that it is correct: it may be the number of another last-mile carrier handling your parcel. A new number can also show no events until the parcel is scanned for the first time.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Label created (Shipping Label Created) | A SpeedX label exists, but SpeedX does not have the package yet. |
| In transit | The parcel is being processed in the SpeedX network and is not out for delivery yet. |
| Out for delivery (OFD) | A SpeedX driver has the package and it is on its way to you. |
| Attempted delivery | The package was loaded into a SpeedX vehicle but could not be delivered, for example because of an address problem, no access to the location or no safe place to leave it. |
| Delivered | The parcel has been delivered; SpeedX drivers take a proof-of-delivery photo. |
| Estimated delivery date (EDD) | A time frame given by the shipper; SpeedX notes that it may not be the actual delivery date. |
SpeedX offers next-day and 2nd-day delivery to the businesses it works for. The estimated delivery date for your parcel comes from the shipper and may differ from the actual date. SpeedX delivers on Saturdays in all its locations and on Sundays in select service areas.
Delivery time slots cannot be chosen, and packages cannot be picked up from SpeedX facilities. Most SpeedX packages need no signature; age-restricted items such as alcohol may require the signature of an adult aged 21 or older.
SHEIN and Temu use SpeedX, a US last-mile delivery company, for some of their orders, and shoppers do not buy SpeedX delivery themselves. Refunds, replacements and claims for these orders go through SHEIN or Temu, not SpeedX.
Check the porch, the mailroom or mailbox, the garage or the side of the house and other sheltered spots, and ask people in your household or building. If the parcel is still missing, contact the merchant: SpeedX does not accept claims from recipients, so refunds and replacements go through the store.
Yes. Saturday delivery covers all SpeedX locations, and Sunday delivery is available in some service areas.
SpeedX handles delivery questions through Miles, a chat assistant on its tracking page: enter your tracking number there and the assistant opens. Miles also takes delivery instructions such as access codes, notes or business hours.
