Track your Amazon order online with track.global. Enter your Amazon tracking number, tracking ID, or carrier tracking code in the search field to check the latest package status, delivery history, and available shipment updates.
Amazon orders may be delivered by Amazon Logistics, Amazon Shipping, USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, local postal services, regional couriers, or marketplace seller shipping partners. With track.global, you can check your package in one place and follow the delivery from shipment to arrival.
To track an Amazon order, you need the tracking number or tracking ID assigned to your shipment. Once the order has shipped, Amazon usually shows delivery information in your account and may also send a shipping confirmation email.
To track your Amazon package on track.global:
If your Amazon order is split into several shipments, each package may have its own tracking number and delivery date. In this case, track each number separately to see the status of every parcel.
You can usually find your Amazon tracking number in the order details after the package has shipped. The tracking number may also be called a tracking ID, shipment number, carrier number, or delivery tracking code.
Check these places first:
Amazon order numbers and tracking numbers are not the same. An Amazon order number is used to identify your purchase inside Amazon, while a tracking number is used to follow the physical package during delivery. For external parcel tracking, use the shipment tracking number whenever possible.
You can check Amazon order status through your Amazon account or by using the package tracking number on track.global.
On Amazon, open Your Orders, choose the order, and select Track Package. This page may show the estimated delivery date, carrier, shipment progress, delivery attempt information, and final delivery confirmation.
On track.global, enter the tracking number to check available carrier updates. This is useful when your Amazon order is handled by a delivery company such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, a local postal operator, or another logistics partner. It is also helpful when you want to track Amazon packages together with parcels from other online stores.
Amazon order tracking may show different delivery statuses depending on the carrier and shipping method. The wording can vary, but the most common statuses are easy to understand.
Order placed means Amazon has received your order, but the package has not yet been shipped.
Preparing for shipment means the item is being packed, processed, or prepared for dispatch.
Shipped means the package has left the fulfillment center, seller warehouse, or carrier pickup point. At this stage, a tracking number is often available.
In transit means the package is moving through the carrier network. It may be traveling between warehouses, sorting centers, airports, local hubs, or delivery stations.
Arrived at carrier facility means the package has reached a sorting center, local depot, or logistics hub.
Out for delivery means the package is with the courier and is expected to be delivered soon. Delivery may happen later the same day, depending on the route, address, traffic, and local carrier schedule.
Delivered means the package has been marked as delivered. It may have been handed to the recipient, left at the door, placed in a mailbox, delivered to a reception desk, locker, pickup point, or accepted by another person at the address.
Delivery attempted means the carrier tried to deliver the package but could not complete delivery. This may happen if there was no safe place to leave the parcel, access was restricted, or the recipient was unavailable.
Undeliverable means the package could not be delivered and may be returned to Amazon or the seller. Common reasons include an incorrect address, no access to the delivery location, damaged package, or failed delivery attempts.
Amazon tracking may not update immediately after the package ships. This does not always mean there is a problem with the order.
Common reasons include:
If the tracking number is new, wait and check again later. For some shipments, tracking appears only after the package reaches a major sorting center or the destination area.
If tracking has not changed for several days, compare the last update with the estimated delivery date. If the delivery window has passed, contact Amazon, the seller, or the carrier for help.
In most cases, you need a tracking number to check an Amazon package outside Amazon. Your Amazon order number is not usually enough for carrier tracking because it identifies the purchase, not the parcel.
If you do not have a tracking number, open your Amazon account and check the order details. If the order was shipped by a third-party seller, contact the seller and ask for the carrier tracking number.
You can still check the order status inside Amazon using Your Orders, but for parcel tracking on external tracking services, the shipment tracking number is the most reliable option.
Some Amazon packages are delivered by Amazon’s own logistics network. These shipments may have tracking numbers that start with TBA. A TBA tracking number usually means that Amazon Logistics or Amazon Shipping is involved in the delivery.
TBA tracking updates are often available through Amazon’s own tracking page or the order details in your Amazon account. You can also try entering the TBA tracking ID on track.global to check available shipment updates.
If tracking details are limited, check your Amazon order page for the most complete delivery information, especially near the final delivery stage.
Not every Amazon order is shipped directly by Amazon. Marketplace sellers may use different shipping companies, especially for international orders. Your package may be handled by postal services, cross-border logistics companies, courier networks, or local delivery partners.
For international Amazon orders, the tracking history may include export, customs clearance, arrival in the destination country, and handover to a local carrier. Updates can pause while the package is in transit between countries or waiting for customs processing.
If the seller provides a carrier tracking number, enter it on track.global to follow the shipment across available logistics partners.
If your Amazon order is delayed, first check the latest tracking update and the estimated delivery date. A delay can happen because of high shipping volume, weather, customs clearance, local carrier workload, address issues, or a missed delivery attempt.
Recommended steps:
If the package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, check nearby delivery locations first. It may have been left at a safe place, mailbox, front desk, parcel locker, or accepted by someone at the address.
track.global helps you check Amazon package tracking in one place, especially when your order is delivered by a carrier outside Amazon’s own logistics network.
You can use track.global to:
Tracking your Amazon package regularly helps you plan for delivery, notice delays earlier, and avoid missing important updates.
Find the tracking number in your Amazon order details or shipping confirmation email, then enter it in the tracking field on track.global. You will see the latest available delivery status and shipment history.
You can find it under Your Orders in your Amazon account, in the Track Package section, or in the shipping confirmation email. Marketplace sellers may also send the tracking number in a separate message.
Open your Amazon account, go to Your Orders, choose the order, and select Track Package. You can also use the tracking number on track.global to check carrier updates.
The package may not have received its first carrier scan yet, it may be moving between facilities, or tracking data may be delayed. International and marketplace shipments can also have longer pauses between updates.
“Shipped” means the package has left the warehouse, fulfillment center, or seller and is on its way through the delivery network.
“Out for delivery” means the package is with the courier and is expected to be delivered soon, usually on the same day.
“Delivered” means the package has been marked as received or left at the delivery location. Check your door, mailbox, reception desk, locker, safe place, or delivery photo if you cannot find it.
Usually, no. The Amazon order number is an internal purchase ID. For parcel tracking, use the tracking number or tracking ID assigned to the shipment.
Check the latest tracking update, compare it with the estimated delivery date, and contact Amazon, the seller, or the carrier if the delivery window has passed.
