Fardar tracking uses the shipment's FDE waybill number. FDE is an international express company headquartered in Shenzhen, China, with dedicated express lines to Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, India, Vietnam, Cambodia, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Fardar is the earlier brand of FDE, also called Fardar Express. FDE began in Taipei, and its Shenzhen company uses the English name Far Dar Express Worldwide (Shenzhen) Ltd.

How to track a Fardar shipment

1. Get the waybill number from the sender, who creates the shipment in FDE's VIP customer system and prints the waybill label.
2. Enter the waybill number in the field at the top of this page.
3. Read the latest status and event list. A new number may show no events until the first carrier scan.

Fardar tracking number

The Fardar tracking number is the FDE waybill number printed on the waybill label, the “Fardar Electronic Form”. FDE's own website asks for the same waybill number in its tracking box.

Customs and duties

Cross-border parcels may pass export and import customs. On FDE's Bangladesh and Sri Lanka lines, duties are included only when the sender writes “Duty pay in china” in the waybill remarks; otherwise FDE sends customs clearance documents to the recipient.

On the India line, a recipient who clears customs on their own needs a letter that FDE submits with the bill of lading and invoice, and FDE needs an IEC number for goods declared above USD 1,800. On the Vietnam line, FDE's services include destination duties and taxes except for shipments handled through a formal import or export customs declaration.

Fardar tracking not updating: what to do

A new waybill number may show nothing until the first carrier scan. For the Bangladesh, Sri Lanka or India lines, check with the sender that the waybill number, address and phone number are correct, because the sender fills in those details.

For Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, India and Vietnam, delivery outside the listed areas takes 1-3 more working days. If the sender did not write “Duty pay in china” on a Bangladesh or Sri Lanka shipment, the customs clearance documents may be waiting for you; on the India line, clearing customs yourself needs a letter that FDE submits with the bill of lading and invoice.

Fardar Express Domestic (Pvt) Ltd is a separate Sri Lankan courier set up in collaboration with Fardar International, and it tracks its parcels on its own website.
