Track.global recognises the identifiers of most postal and delivery services around the world. Among them is the KazPochta company: tracking parcels by track number will help you to observe all the movements of the postal parcel both in the country and abroad.
Track.global service will help you not to worry about where your order, a gift from a loved one or a package of important documents sent by post is now. The site allows you to track all the movements of a parcel, registered letter, parcel post or EMS-delivery of KazPochta without time delays.
Unlike other trackers, the service provides all available information about the movement of mail at all intermediate points, and using it is much more convenient than standard postal sites.
It is not difficult to find out the track code, it is assigned to all items as soon as they are registered at the post office. If you need to track your own parcel, you can see its identifier on the cheque that the operator will give you.
When ordering from Aliexpress, Joom, Pandao, Eicherb or other online shops tracking information will be in your personal account (many services duplicate the number in SMS or PUSH-notifications to your phone).
To follow the movement of parcels or parcels from individuals, you need to request a track from them.
KazPost uses a system of assigning identifiers in the Universal Postal Union (UPU) format. Similarly, items are labelled not only from Kazakhstan, but also from UK, Russia, China and most other countries of the world. A standard track number consists of 13 characters: nine digits and four letters (ХХ123456789ХХХ). The first two characters are the type of parcel, the last two characters are the code of the sending country. It is not possible to determine the recipient country using the identifier.
KazPost accepts three types of items for forwarding:
In all three types of track codes, the first character (R,C or E) is invariable - it is the type of shipment, and the second character (x) is any letter of the Latin alphabet from A to Z, which is used to uniquely identify the number.
If tracking by number has not yielded results, it does not mean that your package is irretrievably lost:
Important! You should not delay with tracking for a long time, if you ordered the goods by prepayment on an unverified service or from a private seller. You may have encountered fraudsters, and no one sent you anything. Timely tracking will help to make sure that the sender is honest and, if necessary, to take appropriate measures.
As soon as a parcel is registered at the post office, it receives the status "Accepted".
If you placed an order with home delivery, the final status will be "Passed to the postman/courier for delivery" - "Successfully delivered to the addressee".
Messages "Delivery by postman/courier did not take place" or "Parcel returned" indicate that the package, box or parcel was not received. In the first case you can come to KazPochta branch and collect your long-awaited order, but in the second case it is impossible to return it to the post office. In this case, you will only have to wait until the package reaches the sender, and then request re-shipment.
Please note that KazPost stores small packages for 45 days, and large-sized items remain in the office for only 30 days. After this time, they are sent back.
